We Don't Advise. We Do.

Every engagement starts the same way: we spend time understanding how things work before we build anything. Same three-phase approach whether it's a focused AI build or a broader systems programme.

1
Understand first

Design

Before we build anything, we understand the business problem, the existing landscape and what success actually looks like. This might be a short discovery sprint for a focused project or a deeper diagnostic for broader work. The output is always a clear plan with defined outcomes - not a vague scope of work.

Embedded with your team

Build

We work alongside your people. If the project needs specialist skills, we bring in practitioners we've worked with before - but only what's actually needed. You get regular check-ins and working demos throughout, not a big reveal at the end.

Yours to own

Deliver

You get a system that works, documentation that's useful and a team that knows how to run it. If you want ongoing support after that, we offer it. But the goal is always that you don't need us.

What You Can Expect

The thing you've been talking about for two years gets built

Whether it's an AI tool, a workflow or a system integration - it's live and working in weeks, not quarters.

Your leadership team gets numbers they trust

One dashboard. One set of numbers. Confident answers instead of caveats and reconciliation rituals.

Your team can actually run it

Documentation. Training. No black boxes. No dependency on Zephion to keep it working.

Your technology spend gets leaner and smarter

Fewer systems, better connected, lower cost. Redundant tools and overlapping subscriptions are almost always the first saving.

Your people get their time back

The hours spent coordinating, reconciling and chasing updates get automated or eliminated.

You know where you stand

A scored diagnostic across six dimensions. No more guessing what's broken or where to focus next.

What People Ask Us

What if I just need one thing built?

That's what the Focused Build is for. Clear brief, defined deliverable, 4-12 weeks. You don't need a diagnostic or a transformation - just tell us what you need.

How is this different from hiring a CTO?

A full-time CTO costs £250-400K/year and usually focuses on one function. We work across systems, data, process and vendors for a fraction of that. For a lot of companies at this stage, a full-time CTO is more than they need.

What industries do you work with?

The issues we deal with tend to be structural rather than sector-specific. If the company is growing and the technology isn't keeping up, the industry usually doesn't matter.

Can you offer performance-aligned pricing?

For the right engagements, yes. Lower fees tied to measurable outcomes - cost savings, milestones hit, demonstrable improvement.

What stays behind when you leave?

Documentation that your team actually uses, trained staff and systems they can run without us. We write things down as we go, not as an afterthought at the end.

Do I need a diagnostic before a build?

No. If you know what you need built, we can start there. The diagnostic is for companies that aren't sure where to start or where growth has outpaced the infrastructure.
